Return and Exchange Policy

1. General information

Buyer (Party B): Customer

2. Terms in the contract

2.1. Party A commits to ensuring product quality as registered on the packaging and is responsible for product quality as declared in circulation, except for issues arising during transportation and storage by Party B or Party B’s customers.

2.2. Party B must ensure that transport vehicles and storage facilities meet standards for storing aquaculture feed and is responsible for the quantity, quality, and specifications of goods after the goods leave Party A’s warehouse. Party A shall not be responsible for any damage to packaging or goods during transportation or storage by Party B due to improper storage.

2.3. In case damaged goods are detected at Party B’s warehouse, Party B must immediately notify Party A’s representative within no more than 07 days from the date of receipt. Party A will assign the responsible staff to visit Party B’s warehouse and jointly inspect and report to Party A for resolution; Party B must not return goods to Party A without written approval from Party A. Party A is only responsible for resolving damaged goods if the fault lies with Party A.

2.4. In case damaged goods are found due to Party A’s fault, Party A is obligated to replace or exchange the goods for Party B and bear all related arising costs.
