Delivery Policy

1. General information
Supplier (Party A): Co May Sa Dec Co., Ltd
Buyer (Party B): Customer

2. Terms in the contract

2.1. Goods are delivered and received at Party A’s warehouse.

2.2. Party B is responsible for arranging its own means of receiving and transporting goods at Party A’s warehouse. Party A bears the loading and unloading costs at Party A’s warehouse onto Party B’s transport vehicle. Party B bears transportation costs and other related fees.

2.3. Party B agrees to authorize the transport unit designated by Party B or requested by Party B for Party A to arrange, to be responsible for receiving goods, counting goods, confirming receipt of goods at Party A’s warehouse, and taking responsibility for signing the confirmation after the goods are delivered by the transport unit to Party B’s delivery destination. The delivery note with confirmation of the transport unit and Party B’s goods recipient is the basis for confirming successful ordering and delivery.

2.4. During the delivery and receipt process, Party B and the representative of the transport unit receiving the goods are fully responsible for the quantity, type, and condition of the goods after signing the receipt confirmation at Party A’s warehouse. Any shortage in quantity, incorrect product codes, and condition of goods from the moment Party B’s transport vehicle leaves Party A’s warehouse shall not be Party A’s responsibility.
