On August 30, 2025, in the nationwide festive atmosphere celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) coordinated with the leadership of Co May Sa Dec Co., Ltd. to host the 1st Internal Pickleball Tournament - Co May Cup. On June 29, 2025, at Zone C of Sa Dec Industrial Park, the “After Work Hours” program organized by the Labor Federation of Dong Thap Province in cooperation with Dong Thap Newspaper and Radio–Television Station took place in an energetic and vibrant atmosphere. This was a meaningful playground where union members and workers could interact, compete, and strengthen solidarity.

On June 16, 2025, at the main auditorium of Co May Sa Dec Factory, the company successfully organized an advanced training session on nutrition techniques and care management in intensive tilapia farming in Vietnam.
